Meaningful Relationships & Healthy Boundaries
Time & Location
About the event
When thinking about relationships we most often think about romantic ones, whether we are in one or not. However, we actually have many other relationships such as family, friends, relatives, co-workers, clients, teammates… and yourself!
So, where have you put yourself in this list of relationships? Are you making yourself the primary relationship in your life? Or are you putting others first? Neglecting your own needs? Saying ‘Yes’ when you want to be saying ‘No’? Being a people pleaser?
Maybe you’re saying ‘No’ out of fear of upsetting someone, disturbing the status quo, rocking the boat or fear of losing someone or something?
Before you can have healthy relationships with others you need to put You first, take care of You and love You before you can care of or love anyone else!
Were you taught:
- Giving is better than receiving?
- Your highest calling is being in service to others?
- You have no purpose if you aren’t serving others?
- You should stop being selfish and put everyone else first?
Guess what? When you put everyone else first, where does that leave you? Last!!
So, do you truly want to be the lowest priority in your life?
‘Self-care’ isn’t selfish. You cannot serve from an empty vessel.
Come and explore your subconscious programing with its outdated beliefs that perhaps aren’t even yours. Releasing these limitations opens you to a new, healthy, balance relationship with yourself from where all other relationships will thrive.
Jaz Goven, the Creator of Fast Track Technique, uses this unique system along with muscle testing to delve deeply into your subconscious programing to discover and release your particular limitations and blocks which are affecting your relationships with yourself and those around you. When these blocks are released there is time for you – the only thing that can change is your life.
